Tanya Smith will be your guide to getting the most out of video and other cutting edge digital marketing strategies that transform crickets into clients and cash. Tune in as we dive into practical tips, expert interviews, and actionable insights to grow your business online. Let's start the show.

Tanya Smith [00:00:31]:
If you haven't heard somebody, just one person talking about AI in the last week, because it seems like it's every day, there's something new coming out. Right? The reason why I wanna talk about it is in this context. I'm talking about how you can get the most mileage out of every stream. Because here's the thing, you're already putting this time and attention into creating something amazing. If you're like me, you're putting time and attention and effort into creating a production when it comes to your livestreams. And so what we wanna do is we wanna make sure that we're getting all the mileage, all the juice out of the orange. Right? We're squeezing it all. And so using AI helps you to be able to do this.

Tanya Smith [00:01:14]:
Now I've been doing this for a minute, for longer than a minute, and what I have realized is that having the ability to be able to use tools to cut down on the time, gosh, it's like it allows you to multiply yourself. I have always wanted to multiply myself. I don't know about you. But especially for you those of you who are moms, wives, juggling, even if you're not, if you're a son, a husband, anybody who's juggling everything, all the things, because I know I am, we need time. And I have always dreamed of being able to multiply myself and to be everywhere all at once. But there I think AI has gotten as close as it's gonna get for us to be able to do that. Right? And so the tools that I use now have really cut down on time, and I'm gonna share with you kind of what it used to be versus what it is now based on on the different tools that I'll show you. Okay? I've got three in particular that we're gonna cover, but we are gonna be talking about AI tools.

Tanya Smith [00:02:21]:
So that's today's boss topic. And if you are ready, we're gonna dive right on in here. And I will get into point number one. And by the way, let me say this for those of you who don't know, because I see some new people in the house. So welcome. And if you didn't already put hashtag newbie, go ahead and type that into the comments because we wanna acknowledge you. I am here live. It is Thursday.

Tanya Smith [00:02:46]:
And what I like to do is to take questions. I love to see your comments in the chat. I love to see your interaction and and that you're participating. And number one, I love to see that you're getting something out of this. So if that's you, don't be surprised if I pop your name up on screen because I love to do that. I do see someone here from Malaysia, so I wanna acknowledge you, and thank you for coming all the way. Look. I'm in Texas.

Tanya Smith [00:03:14]:
My boss asked me to do a live stream on YouTube. Okay. Let's go. Let's go. Look. I'm gonna share some things with you, but you don't necessarily have to do it exactly like I do. K? Chris said, I can't multiply myself. The world that's probably true.

Tanya Smith [00:03:33]:
We can only take one of you right now. But Ali, Aliyah no. Ali Abdullah. I think that's how we're gonna pronounce your name, and, hopefully, I am respectful of your name. Just know this. Start simple. You don't have to have all the fun and flashy things you see me doing, but just show up. Just try.

Tanya Smith [00:03:55]:
Hugs to you as well, quilts and chocolates. Love it. Love it. Love it. Okay. We're gonna dive in, and I'm gonna give you point number one here. One of the things that I'm going to do besides sharing the tip is I'm also going to pull up a couple of different platforms. So we're just gonna have some fun.

Tanya Smith [00:04:15]:
We might run a little bit longer than we normally do because this is, like, my happy place. I am a geek at heart and I always love I'm just like in love with different apps and software. So some of you know I had the, App Therapy Club podcast. Let's do this. Here's number one. So AI hack number one, in order for you to really get the leverage that you need to out of your live streams, this is the tip. Find the best moments. So I'm gonna explain that, and then I'm gonna share a screen share of a couple of different tools that will help you do this.

Tanya Smith [00:04:54]:
But the key point that I want you to get from this when I say find the best moment, what does that mean? First of all, I want you to know why these tips even matter. When you are creating content, and I've already kinda said this a little bit, when you're creating content, first of all, today, in today's time, there's a lot of stuff out there. So for in order for you to stand out, you need to make sure that it is quality material. Like, you've put some effort in and people need to be able to see that when they come to consume that content. Otherwise, you're in a crowd in a sea of sameness, as I know my friend, my girl Stephanie Garcia says. And so we wanna stand out with our content, and we want it to be something of value. So when you're thinking about finding the best moments, that means that you've taken the time, more than likely, especially if you're in any of my courses or programs, you're taking the time and you're being intentional about putting together what you're going to talk about. Your program, your script, the way in which you're going to deliver content is going to help you to set up yourself for success.

Tanya Smith [00:06:11]:
So you get a chance to find the best moments because you've created you've planted good seeds by creating this script where you're going to have, as r k three said the other night when I was on his show, he has sound bites written into his notes. So these are specific things that he wants to make sure specific points he wants to make sure he says. For me, as you see when I pop things up on screen, there are certain key message points I wanna make sure I get across. Right? And that way, it's going to give me more of a likelihood of being able to, on the back end, find the best moments. So if I've already created this script, and typically for me, if you have paid attention to any of my scripts or any of my live streams, you'll see that it's usually going to have the intro, it's gonna have the main content, and then it's gonna have the outro, and possibly a call to action. Right? So in the main content, what I'm looking at is I'm I'm making sure that there is value and there are valuable bullet points and messaging that I can pull out into other smaller bites later. K? So the first thing to think about when you are trying to find the best moments is that you need to create a situation where you're gonna have best moments. Okay? Yes.

Tanya Smith [00:07:40]:
And look. Okay. So I love this, what we're popping in here. Let's see what we got in here. Yeah. Nazneen. Yes. I use AI to generate script ideas for podcasts, and so do I.

Tanya Smith [00:07:54]:
But even more than that, what I want you to do is you're generating that script. And see, I start from what's in here, and then I leverage AI to help fill in some spaces and to help me improve and enhance what I already know about my topic. And I'm ensuring that I'm going to have those key moments. Now one of the tools that I use to find those key moments, that's what I wanna pull up for you right now. So give me two seconds, and I'm gonna get this up for you, because there are tools that can help you do this. Now let me give you the before and give you the present. So previously, before I started using AI proficiently, before it was really kind of a thing like before 2023, what I was doing is I would use different tools to go and manually find those best moments. So that could mean that you would have your live stream recording, you pull it up, and you literally are sitting there, and you're listening, and you're like, oh, okay, that one.

Tanya Smith [00:08:59]:
But now we've got tools that allow us to quickly be able to find the parts that we need to find. So I'm gonna give you two right now that I use pretty significantly. And the first one I'm gonna pull up is Riverside FM. Now I'm going to pull this up and I'm gonna show you the back end of my Riverside. So after I get done with my videos, and I know a lot of people use Riverside more for recording their podcast and for, you know, having guests on and those type of things and even live streaming because they do that now. But my primary purpose for using Riverside, which has been just such a blessing and a gift for me, is that I can literally go into my videos. I'm gonna pull up one real quick here. I can go inside the video, and I can click on edit.

Tanya Smith [00:09:51]:
And similar to Descript, which a lot of you use Descript right now, but similar to Descript, you have the capability of being able to go in here and to clip out certain parts. And so for me, what I tend to do is I will clip out parts within the the stream that I've done, such as the intro, such as the engagement and, you know, some of the conversations, I'm not clipping it all out. Because some of that really makes for good content, the back and forth. Right? If you know which of you all use if you use Descript, pop Descript into the comments. If you use Riverside, pop that in there. If you use something else to help you find the best moments, put a tool that you use. But I love that I am able to be able to go in here and simply edit by clicking and dragging across different words and removing scenes and all of that. Additionally, I can go over here and add a new intro and outro, which is one of the things I do to prepare for my audio podcast.

Tanya Smith [00:10:59]:
Right? You can add new, b roll if you wanted to add b roll, which is basically images or video clips that you're gonna add to complement the content that you're sharing. I can even add other I can add music if I wanted to do that. So I can do all these different things here inside of the back end of Riverside to find the best moments. Now, is this is not necessarily on autopilot, but let me show you what it is, is that they also give you the ability to be able to find or not find, but they create short clips. So many of you use Opus. I do too. I use Opus. I use MIMO PRO, and I also have a friend named Chris Stone who has helped me to create amazing clips from my different longer form videos.

Tanya Smith [00:11:51]:
Right? But if I wanna do this in an automated fashion, I can easily do it by using any of these tools. And so this is finding relevant statements that can work. It's given me the ability to actually be able to create these clips and to brand them a certain way, or there's all kinds of stuff I can do with them. So similar to, apps like Menvo Pro, etcetera, you're able to then be able to, you're able to create these additional pieces of content that are leveraging your original effort. Because you took all that time to put together that forty five minute livestream, your long form content. So now I can go in here and find those best moments. Now another way to find best moments that I love so this is Riverside that I'm showing you here. But another way is I use a tool called Cast Magic.

Tanya Smith [00:12:45]:
Now Cast Magic is one of my all time favorite tools. I literally use this thing every day, multiple times a day. And I will make sure that I share the links with you all too. So don't worry about that. I'll make sure I get those to you. And I'll share my personal affiliate links because some of them will come with discount codes for you as well. Riverside in particular has a 15% discount, so I'll make sure I pop those up. This particular one, Cast Magic.

Tanya Smith [00:13:14]:
Let me share first of all, let me just tell y'all. I don't live with I I don't know what I would do at this point without Cast Magic because it is so stinking good. So I'm gonna show you a little bit of what it can do. But when we talk about finding best moments, what we're looking at is for AI to be able to go through the transcript, because that's what it's doing. It's going through the transcript of what we're saying. And it is finding points within that transcript that could make great sound bites. They could be stand alone messages, which again goes back to what I shared with you earlier, which is there's still a human element because my human element will not go away, meaning that at the very beginning, when I'm first sitting down and I'm deciding what my script is gonna be, I'm thinking through, what are the things that I wanna make sure I include? What am I gonna incorporate into this stream to ensure that there are content heavy and valuable messages that somebody could walk away with if they never bought a program with me, if they never watched another livestream with me, but they're able to take away these sound bites. Because I don't know about you, but if anybody if you ever have been at a Sam's Club or a Costco or any of those type of places, back in the day, pre 2020 especially, they used to have people that would stand in the aisles, and they hold those little platters up, and they'd have a little taster, like a little teaser bite.

Tanya Smith [00:14:49]:
And after you try the little teaser bite of food, you're like, oh, let me go get the big bag. And you head off down the aisle and go open the the, you know, case and get a big bag of whatever that little bitty thing just, like, exploded in your mouth. Like, this is just so great. You had to go and get this big bag and take it home because it was so good. Your clips, your repurposed content is pretty much like that. Your repurposed content now has become a way to give people a teaser bite of your long form, your long form videos. Okay? So you gotta think through, like, what do I want people to take away? So you start that even before you ever go on stream. But afterwards, if you go to an app like this, y'all this will save you some time.

Tanya Smith [00:15:42]:
This is like gold because inside of Cast Magic, what you're able to do is when you upload your video now they used to have the capability of being able to pull it directly from YouTube, but YouTube has made some changes that have created some issues there. It's it's not a big deal. Because what you're gonna do is you're gonna upload your video into the space, right? And I'm not I'm actually gonna do a whole video on how to use Cast Magic because I keep having people ask me how I'm using it, and I am definitely using it to the fullest. So I will just say this, the most important thing I want you to take away tonight when I talk about finding your best moments is what it does is it transcribes your video for you. And what it will then do if you click on create content, is then you can create you can have built in prompts. Okay? So custom prompts or prompts that they have that they've already created for you. And you can create this library based on the type of content that's in each of your work spaces. So for instance, this is my video podcast workspace.

Tanya Smith [00:16:47]:
And in that workspace, there are specific types of content that I want created from the transcript. I want social media post. So I want ideas for my social media. I want, let's see what else we got in here, short video clips and reels. Now and I want not just the reels from this clip, but also ideas on how I can create new versions of content based on what I've already said. So I can get on my phone and here's a short, video message that I can create that is a standalone message. Additionally, checklist, blog posts, LinkedIn newsletter captions. So I create all kinds of different content simply from the video I've already published and promoted.

Tanya Smith [00:17:38]:
Right? Now this becomes additional content to fill up my library so that I never run out of content. This is how so many people keep saying, Tanya, I see you everywhere. How am I seeing you everywhere? It's because I'm leveraging tools like this. So Cast Magic has been such a gift because it really does give me the ability to be able to create whatever I want. So you saw the prompts. Here, let me show you an idea of what the prompts look like, because I didn't show that really fast here. So let's see. I'm gonna pull up one.

Tanya Smith [00:18:13]:
I've started doing substack lately. And so actually, just within the past week or so, I began to create different workflows for my substack. And one of the workflows entailed me creating, a newsletter and all these other things. Right? So I have a headliner that is a post when I'm doing a note about the video that I posted in Substack. And so I wrote a very short prompt and said, hey, this is what I need you to do. I need you to describe in two sentence what the content is about. Make the tone business casual and easygoing. I can go further and, you know, get into more details, but I just did this pretty quickly earlier today.

Tanya Smith [00:18:51]:
Make viewers feel curious enough to click the link to watch the the episode. Keep it in first person as though I'm explaining it. And then right here, I can incorporate a content sample. Let me see if I can give you one that has an actual content sample. I think this one might. Let's double check that. Yeah. So your content sample that you're putting in here is basically, I've already written out a template in the way that I like the template or that I like the content to be produced.

Tanya Smith [00:19:20]:
And so I've given it the instructions, and then I've given it a sample of how I want it to look on the other end when it produces it. And then I've saved that custom prompt and I've used it across different workspaces in my Cast Magic. So then whenever a new transcript is pulled in, whenever I've uploaded a new recording, what can happen or what will happen is it will automagically produce these different versions of content based on the prompts that I have. I don't have to go back in here and keep creating a new prompt every single time. It's just done. It's like ready to go. So this is what I'm talking about when I say time saver. So it's finding those best moments because I have created this content, I've structured in such a way that it's gonna give value.

Tanya Smith [00:20:12]:
And now this machine, this bot, this AI is doing the work that I would have been doing manually on my own to find the best moments. If that was helpful at all, I definitely want you to pop something into the comments. Like, let me know if you are using this or any other tool. Also share your tools that you love for finding the best moment in your lives and in your videos, even if they're produced videos where you're recording in advance. I'm gonna pop up a couple comments here. I see my friend Lou Bartone. Lou Bertone uses Descript. Yes, he does.

Tanya Smith [00:20:50]:
He does it so well. I love it. Samples. Yeah. So I can put samples of how I want to produce it because maybe you have a specific way of doing things and you want your AI to deliver in that way. And I've gotten pretty good about a couple of different things when it comes to AI. One is creating custom GPTs to save me time, which we won't get into tonight. But the second is to also create these templates to ensure that they're going to come out in a because I know some level of copy and all those things, since I've been doing this for a minute, right, before AI came on the scene, there's certain ways that I like for content to be structured.

Tanya Smith [00:21:36]:
And I definitely want it to incorporate my personality and tone and all of that. And to a point, you can do that in AI. You can teach it and train it how to speak in your voice. But I also am just very particular. Some would say I'm a type A personality. I don't know. But I think having the ability to be able to leverage tools like AI will allow you to be whatever personality you are at its best. And so it helps to enhance what I already do.

Tanya Smith [00:22:08]:
Alright. She said, you are minimizing hold on, let me pop this in here. Quilts and chocolates, you are minimizing my messy mess. Well, I hope so. I hope I hope that this will save you time too. That is exactly the point is I wanna make sure that I'm giving you some tips that will help you with that. So are we ready for point number two? Alright. Point number two.

Tanya Smith [00:22:33]:
Here's our AI hack two. The other thing So the first thing I shared with you is that I want you to look at it to save your best moments. Okay. To find your best moments. The second thing here is that we're going to turn your livestream into other content, meaning that you're gonna convert it into multiple forms of content. Now if I were to which I will. If I were to go through all of the different types of content that I create, y'all I'm telling you, you would be completely and utterly amazed at what I have created from almost every webinar, workshop, video, live stream, you name it, interviews. Anything that I create, anything where I am speaking about topics that are relevant to my business and my niche today, I can pull that together and create a an abundance of content.

Tanya Smith [00:23:35]:
Keynote speaking, podcast interview preparation, you name it. We can turn it into a whole bunch of things. But for tonight, what I'm gonna talk a little bit about is the idea that you can turn this stuff into blogs. You can turn it into emails. You can turn it into captions for your social media. So you saw some of that already, and I'm gonna show you again. You saw some of that me doing that here inside of this app. Right? So Cast Magic absolutely will allow you to create these different forms of content.

Tanya Smith [00:24:12]:
But then you also have the ability to use other tools, such as I'm gonna show you one that I use that I absolutely love. And I got it on a lifetime deal, and no, they don't have it anymore, y'all. Sorry. This is called Video to Blog. Now, there are other tools out there, I think there's one called Blogify. There's a number of different ones, y'all, that are out there. But this is one that I am a huge fan of. And I love it because it allows me to convert my already created live stream into other types of content.

Tanya Smith [00:24:53]:
So I can create it. Not only can I create another blog or a blog or an article in the structure that I like, but it also takes my thumbnail, it takes my YouTube video and embeds it if I want it to do that? It also takes clips, images from the video itself and turns them into images that I can use. So look how it's picking up different points. And again, this goes back to number one where I was saying, find the best moments. So it's doing things like finding some of the best moments. If I had key themes or bullets, it's not always the most attractive face. You know how they do these thumbnails. But but it will find it will give you options, it will give you ideas for what to use as an image.

Tanya Smith [00:25:42]:
If you don't want to use the images from your own screen, you can also choose to do AI. So it can also pull in AI images. But this has been another lifesaver and a time saver. Because additionally, with this one, I have the ability to actually be able to create an automation where every single time, if I chose to use my credits this way, I could connect this to my Stream Like a Boss TV channel on YouTube. And what it would do is then automatically, every time I put together a stream, it's going to create that post for me. So literally after I'm done with the stream, I come over here and I'm able to pull that post and to leverage it in other ways. So when I tell you that AI has really just created, an abundance of tools and opportunities for us to work, even if you're a solopreneur, so you're a solo service provider like I am, we get to look and act as if we are an a complete team. Because we can create, and I actually have done that too, which I won't talk about too much tonight, but I've created AI agents for every part of my workflow for all of my SOPs.

Tanya Smith [00:27:00]:
When I tell y'all, like, it's one of my favorite things to do is SOPs, one of my most popular y'all are not gonna believe this. I'm just gonna say it though. One of my most popular videos on my channel right now, is so old, but it's about standard operating procedures. Because I come from a systems background. So I love systems. And I love that we're able to shortcut things by using systems in addition to our passion and what we love to talk about. So this tool is called Video to Blog. And I love it.

Tanya Smith [00:27:36]:
So Blue said wicked smart in his Boston accent. His very Boston accent. Alright. So that's tip number two. Tip number two is to turn your stream into other content. So blogs and, like I said, a whole abundance of other things. In fact, what I'm gonna be doing in the month of March, and I'll start promoting this in about another week or two, we're gonna have a brand new class. So we've been doing some three day challenges, and it's been so much fun.

Tanya Smith [00:28:07]:
I love doing this. I love teaching. But we're gonna do a three day challenge called the Livestream Multiplier Method. And right now it's on my programs page, but we don't have our landing page up yet. So what I'm gonna encourage you to do, if you aren't already on my list, is to make sure, make sure that you get over here and that you get on our subscriber list so that you never miss a thing. So that you know when we get ready to go live with the challenge. Because what it's gonna teach you is my full process on how to repurpose. Now, there is another tool that I need to mention that I almost forgot to say something about.

Tanya Smith [00:28:48]:
When we talk about turning your live stream into other content, actually I can talk about it in hack number three. How about we do that? Alright. And I love you and I love that you love my challenges, Therese. Invite Sacred Home TV. Yes. So I can't wait because this one's gonna be so much fun. Because really repurposing is one of my favorite things to do. I'm gonna share one of my early, early, early in the game tools that has also morphed over time.

Tanya Smith [00:29:22]:
And he's a dear friend of mine named Hani Murrah. And Hani has a tool called Repurpose.io. So I'm gonna pop that up because I think it's a good blend between hack number two and hack number three. In his tool, let's pull this up real quick here. He uses something or he's created this, repurpose.io. Now what I used to use with Hani, was I used to take my blog post and automatically convert them into a podcast, an audio podcast. So my blog post, they used to be on WordPress. Those were we converted with a tool that he created and he just kept going and growing and creating new things.

Tanya Smith [00:30:03]:
And so Repurpose.io became a it just blew up for him because it gave him the ability to be able to give people a platform to convert their, YouTube videos into TikToks. I mean, he's got all kinds of different workflows and things that are in here. When I tell you, you can do just about anything in this, this app. So a lot of workflows that are available for you, whether you're a small business, a content creator, you're doing e commerce, definitely go and check that out. So look, repurpose TikTok videos, Instagram reels, you name it, Zoom recordings. And, it's pretty simple to do. He also has templates that are available. I'm not currently a customer, so I'll be transparent only because I've got other things that I'm using right now that work well.

Tanya Smith [00:30:58]:
But I believe this could be one for you if you're looking for a simple way versus some of the more difficult and complex ways that I have created automations. Because additionally, besides some of the things that I'm sharing with you, I also use tools like Zapier and one called Integrately to set up full out automations to tie everything together from my video content, to my courses, to my CRM, like everything flies in formation. Everything is in a flow. And so I sit down and I map these things out and think about what's the customer experience that I want to provide and how should that look from step a all the way to step e, all the way to step z. Right? Like what what is it that I need to be thinking about and how do I make those connections? But that's not for everyone. So I do think repurpose could be a really good way to simplify being able to create these flows, if you're simply repurposing your audio or video content. And it allows you to schedule those out too, which leads me to step three. So hack number three, let's pop this up real quick here.

Tanya Smith [00:32:11]:
And that is, I want you to think about how you can use AI to automate posting everywhere. And I'm gonna share the tools that I use for that. But you can automate your posting everywhere instead of worrying about having to manually take what you now have created. You now have the opportunity to use tools like Zapier, etcetera. But I'm gonna give you some that are even more simple than that. The two specific ones I will use, I will share with you. I'm gonna share Mevo Pro. I'm gonna share them.

Tanya Smith [00:32:44]:
Now I'm gonna be honest with you and say every now and then I have some glitches. But lately, it they've gotten so much better. And it's so easy for me to use them to create social clips. But they're very similar to Opus. So if you already have Opus clips, you don't necessarily need to also have Memvo. They do a lot of the same things, just differently. But I will share something with you in a minute that I think is a game changer. So yes, I got Andy O'Brien in the house.

Tanya Smith [00:33:16]:
Look, Andy. Andy's going to be coming on our show. I just, we just need to pinpoint the date and it's all on me because I've been running. But second quarter, we're going to start bringing on guests again, y'all. Andy is a genius when it comes to AI. So is Lou and a couple other people that I've seen in here as well. And so I want to thank you for stopping in. Yeah, these tools, I'm sure you could add to the list.

Tanya Smith [00:33:41]:
Right? And Susan, who I just met, Suzanne Frew, she is also amazing. So I'm definitely gonna be connecting with her as well in some masterminds and some other things because I'm telling you this stuff, there is room for everyone. There is room for you, even if you are just getting started, to understand how to leverage AI in different ways. I'm using it primarily for video workflows and for video podcasts. You may be using it in a different way, but I'm all about simplicity and efficiency. And I'm able to kind of speak to you about that from my personal niche. Whereas Andy can talk about it. He's got some a group called the Humanizers, he and Denise Wakeman.

Tanya Smith [00:34:33]:
And then Lou also talks about it from the standpoint of different tools. Like he talks about NotebookLM, which we won't get all into that tonight, but there are so many different tools. If you just spend the time to find what works for you, you can really save a bunch of time and you don't have to buy subscriptions for all these things. Okay. Cause many of them are free. Much of this stuff is free. So let's go back to point number three, automate your posting everywhere. And here's what I wanna say about that.

Tanya Smith [00:35:05]:
When you're automating your posting everywhere. So I'm gonna pull up and pull this up. So this is Menvo Pro. Right? And in Menvo, one of the things that I like about Menvo, which I don't yet see on Opus, When I pull videos into Mevo Pro, I can go in here and rename, because some of these funky names just don't make any sense. So I can go in here and I can say, hey, this one is episode or season six, episode, o o two or whatever that might be and update it. With Opus, you still don't have the ability to be able to do that. At least not when I looked about a week ago, it still hadn't been the case. But that helps me to better organize this content.

Tanya Smith [00:35:52]:
And that's really important because I'm going to be coming in here, I'm going to create these social clips. And so I'll give you an example of what this looks like, right? So what it's done is it's finding the best moments, but my point for hack number three was what? It was about scheduling, right? So I'm going to Okay, hold up. I wasn't looking for that one. I wanna find one that's already been done. Let's see. How about this? There we go. Okay. So I can create a template in here that then is used over and over again so that I have the same, branding across my different clips.

Tanya Smith [00:36:34]:
I can add music, I can remove silences, I can enhance the audio on these clips, I can add AI B roll. There's all kinds of things that I can do. And you can do this, like I said, with Opus as well. But here's where I wanted you to really see the power. So after you've done all the editing that you're going to do, you then now have this social calendar, which Opus and other similar apps like VideoAI have these two. So the social calendar, what this does let me share with you how this frees up time y'all. Okay? Because I was looking at hiring a new team member, and I was kinda like, yeah, I don't want you to have to because of where you are, I don't want you to have to download my video to your system and then upload it and then edit it and then upload it back to my social media scheduler. Like, I didn't want them to have to do all that.

Tanya Smith [00:37:32]:
So instead, what I was teaching them to do is to come into Minvo, make sure and double check the edits that have been made, pick out, you know, several of the different clips that was that were created. Cause you can get like 28 plus clips just from one video. My videos tend to be longer. So that's, it gives it more content to clip from. But then they were able to come in here and simply go into this space and say, Hey, I'm ready to go ahead and schedule. So if I, for instance, went here and I said, Okay, I wanna schedule this clip. What I'm gonna do is I'm gonna export it. And I've got options to automatically schedule this, right, by posting it to social.

Tanya Smith [00:38:20]:
So I can say, Hey, I'm ready. I've done all my, you know, edits that I wanna make. And now what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna post this to Facebook. I'm gonna post this to YouTube. I'm gonna post this to LinkedIn or wherever it's gonna go. Right? And then I'm going to have AI write a caption for me. So I don't have to sit there thinking about it. And I don't have to go to ChatGPT to do it.

Tanya Smith [00:38:43]:
For me, I'm usually going to put it in a professional tone, but you can choose a tone. And then all I've got to do is just tell it to go ahead and put it on the schedule. So I literally could have somebody just schedule a clip every day. And that's one of the things that I've been working on is putting this into my workflow so that a clip every day or multiple clips, if you wanna do that and just, you know, put content out there all day long with your video clips. Right? And that is simple to do because I'm just using AI within this tool to do it. Yes, I know. Right? I see the comment. Yes, Lou, that calendar is directly inside of Mambo.

Tanya Smith [00:39:30]:
If you go to social, you will see it. It sure is. So you don't have to go anywhere else. You can literally clip and then schedule. And it is super easy to do. Yeah, Andy. Right? Okay. So what I have done is gone all in on figuring out how how do I take my live stream and multiply that and leverage and get the most the maximum optimization out of every single piece of content that I create.

Tanya Smith [00:40:01]:
And the ways that I'm doing this include a couple of things. One, remember the human thought. So thinking through the process in the script first, like, what are the components? Where do I want to have breaking points? Where do I want to cut things off? So that as I'm creating that script, even though it's not like a full out script that I'm reading, it's bulleted points. Right? So that I know here's different sections that I know I'm gonna wanna take out. These are things that I wanna keep. Here's how I'm gonna add value. So thinking through that first. The next thing is identifying the right tools and finding the best moments.

Tanya Smith [00:40:42]:
So let me go through this because didn't I just put these all up? Let me see. I think I have a recap slide. Yeah, finding the best moments. Next, you're gonna be converting them to other formats. So converting every piece of the best moments, right, into other formats, whether it's the entire video that becomes a blog or maybe a portion of the video that turns into a LinkedIn newsletter or an article on Substat, like I'm doing now, or whatever it is that you choose to be, Right? Then you're going to find a way to automate posting. And there are tools besides the ones that I've been sharing with y'all, there are so many tools out here that can do this stuff. That it is, I mean, you literally have no excuse anymore to not be able to create content. We can do it.

Tanya Smith [00:41:37]:
But what I want you to do is really focus on, is really focus on quality. And if you've put the effort and the time into spending, having purpose and having intention, I'm trying to be careful how I say this, right? I don't wanna say don't put crap out into the world, but I'm a just go ahead and say that. There's enough junk. There's so much information overload. People are constantly putting out stuff just to say they put it out there. You have an opportunity to stand out and to show up in an excellent way. We talk about this a lot, don't we? Because I know that you can do better. So quality, when you focus on putting out quality content, when you focus on giving your best and your all in that main core piece of content, whether it be that you're writing a newsletter, right, or that you're doing a live stream like me, or that you're creating something else.

Tanya Smith [00:42:41]:
Whatever you're creating, you do it with excellence. Because then from that main thing, from that core content, you now have an opportunity to be able to touch people in a lot of different ways. Because you started with excellence. And now all the little baby pieces that are out in the world are also excellent too. I mean, do y'all hear what I'm saying? I hope that this is I don't see any questions, but if you do have questions, pop them into the chat. If somehow you walk you're walking away this evening with at least one idea that you hadn't thought about before, even if it's a tool or it's a concept, put a heart emoji into the chat. Just a heart. I wanna see a heart.

Tanya Smith [00:43:30]:
Let me know if this is resonating because I wanna make sure that anytime I'm putting this stuff together, that it's something that's gonna drive you to take a different action than maybe you thought about taking before now. That I feel is my gift and my purpose. So I want to make sure that you're getting the message. It's not just about, 'Hey, let me go use another AI tool because it's fun.' It's how can I really start with excellence and share that and make an impact in different places because people consume your information differently? Right? So they may see your TikTok. They may see your Reel. They might see your Substack article. They might hear you on a podcast. Anywhere they're hearing you or seeing you or consuming your content, they should be getting an idea that's helping them to make a change.

Tanya Smith [00:44:27]:
A small transformation or a big transformation, doesn't matter. But something is triggering that says, Yeah, okay, I see new possibilities. And we have an opportunity to make that happen through what we do on our live streams, if we plan and if we use the tools. So thank you. Thank you. Thank you for the hearts. I'm seeing some come through. So that that helps me to know that I'm making a breakthrough.

Tanya Smith [00:44:58]:
Alright. Y'all, I'm a pop this up one more time. And this was our recap. Find the moments, convert. And when I say moments, I mean the best moments in your content. Use AI to do that if you can. Convert to other formats using AI. And then automate your posting process so that you can get this stuff out into the world.

Tanya Smith [00:45:26]:
There's so many different ways that we can do this. Yes. I love it. What'd she say? We hear your guidance, and we ain't getting left again. No. You are not quilted chocolates. I'm not gonna let you be left behind. Thank you for the hearts, everybody.

Tanya Smith [00:45:46]:
Talk virtual. What's up in the house? I love it. I love it. Okay. So that's what we got. If you haven't already subscribed, please make sure that you do. You can get notifications first about our class, because we're gonna be doing a class on how to multiply. It's called the Livestream Multiplier Method.

Tanya Smith [00:46:07]:
And I'm super excited and thrilled about being able to share it with you. Because it's going to be in a class, a three day challenge structure. And, we have fun. We have a good time, but we learn at the same time too. And by the end, there is actionable, like you've taken action. Because I don't wanna let you feel left behind. Like chocolate and quits Quilts said. Quilts and chocolates.

Tanya Smith [00:46:34]:
Dan, Tana, what's up? Yes. I am here. I'm in the house. Good to see you, sir. Alrighty, folks. We're about to wrap this thing up. Look, I love talking to you and I could do it all night, but, you know, we all have we need to get a little rest. And we need to go and research some of these things that we talked about looking at.

Tanya Smith [00:47:03]:
So let me make sure I get those. I'm going to pull those up for y'all and I will make sure that I pop into the comments with links to all of them. So the ones that we mentioned, we talked about Riverside FM. We talked about Repurpose. We talked about Cast Magic, which is one of my faves. And then we also talked about Memvo Pro. If there's anything I left off oh, 'Video to Blog' was another one I showed you. If there's anything I left off or you have a question about another tool or you're seeking solutions and you need help and guidance so that you can optimize the content you're putting out there into the world, reach out, DM me, send me an email, do whatever you need to do to get in touch.

Tanya Smith [00:47:54]:
And let's talk about your business and how we can make sure that you're simplifying and optimizing. And definitely get on my list so that you can make sure you know about our next challenge, because that's gonna be coming up soon within the next week or so. I just have a little bit of travel I need to do, but I'll be getting out information about the landing page and how to get access. And it's best to get access now because I'm doing beta versions of these challenges, meaning it's the early bird. So early bird pricing is in effect. So get on in now, because I wanna see you and I want to work with you. Okay? Alrighty, folks. Thank you for coming.

Tanya Smith [00:48:33]:
Let me take a look real quick and make sure ah, you got a question about Taja. I got questions coming in, so I do want to take those before we go. Let's do this. I'm going to pop it on over here into the question and answer queue. So first of all, Quilts and Chocolates says, I was so shy, didn't listen to you, but now I am less shy. Oh, you know what? You always just make me smile. You really do. I just love it.

Tanya Smith [00:49:00]:
Let me see if I can find, there we go. I'm gonna pull up some hearts for you. That was my hype. I meant to do this one. Thank you. You just made my day. David Hunt. So here's a couple of questions I'm gonna answer.

Tanya Smith [00:49:20]:
Question about Tasha. David, go ahead and pop your question in there. I wanna know. What's your question? Because I see you got one, but I don't see the actual question. I do use Taja in my flow, for a very specific reason, but I'm more than happy to answer. And then if I need to do a whole show, because I'm gonna do a show on Cast Magic, but but if I need to do one on Tasha, I can do that too and show you how I do, how I use that. Content Fries, Talk Virtual, let me be real with you. And I'm a just go ahead and put it out here because I've told them directly as well.

Tanya Smith [00:49:55]:
Content Fries started out really great. They were one of the early ones that I really was into as it related to creating, fries or clips from long form content. And somehow they just went downhill. So they were sold to someone else, and usually that's that's not always gonna bear it's not gonna bode well all the time. But once they were sold to someone else, the customer service stopped, the ability to even use the app. And I have two licenses at top tier level, and I can't use them because they just stopped working and stopped answering questions. And so they do not produce content in the way that, like, Memvo Pro. If I were giving you advice on the ones to use for short video clipping, I would say, Descript is definitely in there.

Tanya Smith [00:50:46]:
So Lou Bartone can talk about that all day long. I don't really use Descript because I have Riverside and it's similar. But I would say OpusClip, I would say Mimbo Pro, and I would say a close third would probably be VideoAI, v I d y o .ai. That one is good If you do have a question about which app should I use for this? Please just feel free to reach out. If I need to, I will do a new video on that tool if I'm using it and I do not do reviews and refer you to tools that I don't believe in. If I can't put my name behind it, I'm not gonna put it out there. I mean, that's facts. Everybody who knows me knows this.

Tanya Smith [00:51:34]:
So the tools that I'm sharing with you tonight, I'm sharing because I use them. I'm sharing because I do believe that they work in certain situations, but not everything is for everybody. I love Taja for certain things, certain reasons. And so what I just showed you is the purpose that I use it for, but there are other people that use it for even more. Like, they use it because it actually can do social clips as well that apparently now you can put into a content calendar. That's new since I've been using this. I hadn't seen that before. I also use it because it will automatically analyze my channel and my videos and send me emails even like a week or so after the videos are done and say, hey, here's some ideas on videos in your channel that you can re optimize.

Tanya Smith [00:52:27]:
That's gold. Like, I'm not manually having to do that. It's sending me ideas of things I need to go back and look at because, hey, there could be some opportunities here. This and vidIQ are the two that I use primarily for that purpose. Okay, I see that note. I love me an LTD. No. Yep.

Tanya Smith [00:52:53]:
The thing about LTDs, so with content fries, right? The thing about LTDs is that we have to be careful. And you know, I'm getting into a whole different ballgame with this conversation, so I'm getting ready to shut it down. But I will say this, this is part of what I was sharing on App Therapy Club, my podcast, my other podcast, and why I had to pause things for a little bit because I think there was a rush of lifetime deals last year. Towards the second, actually third and fourth quarter, I started seeing a rash of them that just were going out of business that weren't sustainable. Part of the reason is because they did not plan effectively to have a way to generate monthly recurring income. Monthly recurring revenue, MRR, you've got to put that in place. So if you have a lifetime deal, you can't live off a lifetime deals because a person buys that once and they're like, oh, I got it for life. That's what we thought.

Tanya Smith [00:53:53]:
But then when it disappears or the business goes under, you don't have it. So some of the tools I'm gonna share with you, like I did tonight, almost all of those tools now have a monthly recurring revenue. They may have started as a lifetime deal, but they had a plan for transitioning. And I like that. And I'm looking for that if I'm looking at tools because I want you to be sustainable. I wanna help you to win so that we all win so that I can keep using your tool. And I want other people to benefit from the tool too. But sometimes that does not happen.

Tanya Smith [00:54:27]:
So we then need to look at ways to invest in longer term tools even if they're subscription because, again, we still want them to succeed and we want to be able to continue to use them. So sites like or platforms like Riverside is one of those examples. It's a great and excellent tool, but it, it's not a lifetime, but it's worth the cost because of all the things that it can do. It's allowing you to live stream. It's allowing you to publish to your podcast. It's allowing you to edit like you could in Descript. It's allowing you to make short clips if you wanna use those. It gives you a lot of opportunities for the price that you're paying.

Tanya Smith [00:55:09]:
So the get you you get what you pay for saying it can matter. It can really matter. I know Talk Virtual. I know Erica. She says she's sad about sessions. That was a perfect example of one of the ones that went out of business last year. And again, I was one of those people that went top tier. Like, I knew that that was gonna be a successful product.

Tanya Smith [00:55:33]:
That platform was amazing. But if a company does not have a solid business plan, that's going to direct them from, 'Hey, here's how I'm moving from lifetime' to this is how I'm going to generate how I'm gonna stay sustainable with a monthly income, with an ongoing recurring revenue. If they don't have that plan or their plan is faulty, then we all lose. So yeah, I was very disappointed with that one. But anyway, thank y'all for indulging and for hanging out with me because I needed a little bit of hangout time. K? Have a good evening. Thank you for hanging out. And of course, I will see you next time in the stream.
